If you are interested in knowing your options for labor or need help creating a birth plan, we would love to support you in this way! This is for those who may not want/need to have a doula at their birth but would love guidance in creating a birth plan. This is included in the package shown below. For this type of support, one of us will meet with you and your partner either in person or over the phone (or via Zoom) for a 1-2 hour meeting.

A $100 deposit is due at the time of hire. The remaining amount is due by 37 weeks. Payment plans are available.

• 2 prenatal meetings where you will have the opportunity to meet both of us

• Address any of your concerns and expectations

• Contract and logistics review

• Meet you at home or hospital for early active labor

• Continuous support throughout labor

• Emotional support for you and your partner

• Facilitate partner involvement

• Stay up to 2 hours after baby is delivered

• Breastfeeding support

• 2 postpartum visits

• Processing your birth

• Light housekeeping

• Answering questions and offering resources

• A warm meal for your family

• Making sure YOU are taken care of

• 24/7 on-call for two weeks before your due date until your baby is here
